Suspected Herdsmen Murder 6 in Christian Community In Kaduna

Several gunmen believed to be Fulani herdsmen have killed at least six farmers in Godogodo, Jema’a LGA in Kaduna South, an area dominated by Christians on Saturday.

This is coming two weeks after 11 persons were killed and several houses razed down in the same area, Vanguard reports.

Reports say the herdsmen told the farmers that their villages had become cattle grazing reserves and wanted them to vacate immediately.

Kaduna State Police Spokesman, ASP, Aliyu Usman, confirmed the report, saying six people were killed and that some arrests had been made.
